Want to know how to prevent sweating ? Cut down on Red..
If you want to know how to prevent sweating I will be giving you some of my suggestions right here, so carry on reading if you will. One way would be to modify your diet. I would like to refer you to a wonderful ebook which has been available for around 15 years and has helped tens of thousands of people to overcome their excessive sweating, to learn more, click here. One way to view the question of diet would be to think of your body as a machine – a wonderful machine. If it was a car, say a disel car, you wouldn’t be giving it 4star or unleaded petrol would you – no of course you wouldn’t, because it just wouldn’t work.
To get your body to give peak performance then your diet should be correctly balanced. Your consumption of red meat should not be very high, it’s best to stick to poultry, white meats and fish. Don’t forget to include plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. You should stay away from spicy foods if you are seriously trying to find out how to prevent sweating. Spicy foods will always make you feel hot even though you may be enjoying the eating. On the other hand, cold foods can help considerably, for instance salads of all kinds. Cold food should certainly put the brakes on your sweat glands. There is one anomaly I can think of – hot tea! I always used to think that it was bound to make you sweat more but in fact it doesn’t, it refreshes you. Cold tea is a different thing. You can use this to make a cooling and refreshing foot/hand soak, the tannic acid helps to reduce sweating. It’s not only your diet that you need to keep an eye on, it’s your stress levels. If you are a person who is easily riled up or gets over anxious about certain things, you need to learn how to calm yourself down.
Have you ever considered some type of meditation? Yoga is brilliant for focussing the mind and slowing your body down so that it becomes calm and tranquil. On a different level, the use of rubbing alcohol on the problem areas can be very useful because it shrinks the pores thus keeping sweat from seeping out. Don’t overdo it though as alcohol is drying to the skin if used immoderately. Even a cool shower will help because again, this will make your pores close up, with the same effect as the rubbing alcohol. Plus you will feel nice and refreshed and you shouldn’t have any problems with odors. Try Crystal Rock deodorants, they work great for mild cases, but they also work for people suffering more prolific sweating.
