Stop feet from sweating
Anybody who is suffering with sweaty feet must pay particular attention to their foot hygiene, they should always be kept clean and dry. There is a price to pay for sloppy hygiene, best scenario is only bad odor but worst scenario is foot fungus, athletes foot or some other similar condition.
Although antiperspirants are recommended for underarm perspiration they will work equally well for feet, but you will probably need a prescription strength. Sprinkle the inside of your shoes each night [leave overnight] with talcum powder or cornstarch. This will absorb any moisture in your shoes left from your sweating feet. You must make sure that your shoes are dried completely before you wear them again, so you need to ring the changes, don’t wear the same pair every day. You could wear sandals, weather permitting because letting the air get to your feet is bound to be beneficial.
The minute I get into my house I always take off my shoes and go about barefoot. Not only do your feet get a rest, but they dry out properly and this avoids any nasty odors. Your feet get good exercise when you walk without anything restricting them. One really important thing you should remember to do is drink water and plenty of it. You must keep your body well hydrated so that it can regulate its temperature. Don’t run away with the idea that if you drink more water it means more liquid to seep out of your body. It doesn’t work quite like that.
