If you are a female putting up with this uncomfortable condition, then make-up can be very problematic.  You should not use any sort of cream which has an oily base, this just exacerbates the sweating problem.

The easiest remedy is to always carry tissues or a handkerchief with you at all times so that you can wipe your face dry.  It helps to put a little vinegar [or astringent] on your handkerchief as this closes up your pores when you are wiping your face dry.
