If much of the sweating is coming from the underarms, then Botox injections have now been approved for this area of the body. This has proven to greatly reduce the amount of sweating for many people, but this procedure has only been approved thus far for underarm sweating and may not work to stop excessive sweating in other areas.

Though most people will find a non-surgical way to deal with their sweating issues, there are some surgeries that can be performed in extreme cases. Usually, someone who takes it to this level is tired of suffering and being held back in their personal and professional life due to hyperhidrosis.
